Little Girl… Big Fish
Brianna Sutton and family, from Pittsburgh, PA, spent the day fishing aboard the Mr. Z and came home with the trophy catch. While dropping on a Submarine wreck in 240 feet of water, Brianna caught, fought, and landed this 40 lb. Amberjack all by herself.
The “Hammer Jack” took 20 minutes to land and was released to fight another day!

The offshore bite off of Marathon and the middle Keys this week has produced some great catches of Dolphin fish (Mahi-Mahi). Tarpon Fishing Still Hot
Dolphin fishing remains spotty. Some boats are catching a handful; while others are catching thirty. The most consistent action is the blackfin and skipjack tuna at the humps.
The yellowtail snapper bite is good; the mangrove snappers have pretty much turned off.
Tarpon fishing remains very good in the bridge channels. Most of the fish are in the 40 to 60 pound…
